Laura & Hal’s Vintage Garden Wedding in Winchester Virginia

Today I am honored to share a beautiful vintage garden wedding by Snapp-Shot Photography, LLC. The bride & groom, Laura & Hal, live in the Washington, DC metro area, but Laura grew up outside DC in Winchester, VA. It was her dream to have her wedding back in VA for an old fashion, fun, vintage style wedding in the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley. This beautiful wedding has so many gorgeous touches to it – it’s perfect for Capitol Romance. Laura rocked a vintage style birdcage veil & wedding dress, while Hal donned traditional Irish dress [a kilt!].  The wedding also included an awesome blue-grass band, outdoor games, vintage centerpieces, and a Fujifilm DIY wedding photobooth!

It was such a beautiful wedding! A blue grass band music filled the air, hurricane lanterns lit the way, Instamatic photo fun guest book, all while the bride was dressed so elegantly in her sleek gown and bird cage veil and the groom sported a Kilt to honor his name.

Of course as photographers, our minds were making permanent documentation of images we wanted to capture forever in time for them.  They wanted their wedding fun, laid back, vintage feel, almost like friends getting together for good old fashion fun.

We feel their dream day was everything and more than what they could have ever imagined.
