I hope everyone had a great weekend! I’ve been enjoying having my parents here, and seeing Charlie interact with him. They head back home tomorrow, but they are coming back in about a month for Charlie’s birthday. I am avidly denying that he’s already turning 2! I have the crazy idea of trying to make him a cake that looks like Cookie Monster’s Food Truck – someone please tell me this isn’t a crazy idea!
We’re kicking off the week with a fun, pillow fight-inspired styled shoot. I love when couples opt for casual engagement photos in their home, and this is a unique take on it.
My vision for this styled session was for the couple to just be having a blast together. Rather than show love in the form of intimate romance, which is still shown a bit throughout the session, I wanted to show the everyday – those moments where two individuals are being themselves and having fun with each other.
