We’re living out the last (hopefully!) of winter up in Vermont. We got some beautiful spring skiing in, and are watching the snow melt away. It was just what I needed to wish winter a proper farewell … and now head face first into a box of Zyrtec. I’m ready for Spring though this gorgeous Snow styled shoot is giving me gorgeous vibes this Friday.
Have a great weekend all!
When we heard snow was coming, the owner of Prancing Deer Farm and I put together this intimate styled shoot. Despite the bitter cold and wind, we had a beautiful styled session with a beautiful newlywed couple!
Usually you have a few weeks or even months to plan a styled shoot – we had 4 days. Because of that, we wanted to keep things very simple – focusing on a minimalist style and allowing the beauty of the snow, tree-lined lane, and golden tall grass to take the spotlight.
Kelly, the owner of Prancing Deer Farm, was able to buy some florals from a local vendor, again, keeping it simple with the florals, and she bought a small white cake. We decorated the cake with the floral crown and an earring. Yes, that ‘cake topper’ is an earring!
