Today’s Washington, DC engagement session feature comes from Tim Riddick Photography. Tim shot the lovebirds, Sean & Rosanne in and around one of DC’s most recognizable locations, our dearest Capitol Building!
A bit about the couple from Rosanne:
Sean and I met in college at James Madison University. His best friend was on the co-ed cheerleading team with me, and Sean was always around for the social events. After we started dating, Sean even joined the team for a year! In our opinion, you can’t find more die-hard sports fans than the cheerleaders. After graduating, we eventually moved to DC to start the next chapter of our lives. We got rid of both of our cars to have a true city-living experience and couldn’t be happier in our Columbia Heights neighborhood. Sean proposed at the 2010 Redskins home opener against the Cowboys. I don’t know what we were more excited about – our engagement or the Redskins actually beating their rival! One thing’s for sure, it was a game we’ll never forget.
Lovely story :) Thanks for sharing you two! Now let’s check out their gorgeous shots from the day!

I like everything about this post except for the football reference. GO DALLAS! But seriously, that’s a pretty sweet engagement story.
Dallas Abby? REALLY?! i don’t know if we can be friends anymore…
What a cute story! Great job capturing their love, Tim!
Thanks for posting and for all your nice comments about the photos! Tim is a great photographer to work with! (And GO SKINS!)
my pleasure Rosanne! – and sorry again for getting your name wrong the first few times ~ as someone with a commonly misspelled name (real name: brianne) i should have been better about that! best of luck!!
