This morning’s beautiful Real Capitol Wedding is brought to you by the awesome Sarah Culver Photography.
Say “hello” to Jenn & Andrew ~
… and their magnificent vintage meets Marine wedding!
Sarah shares:
Jenn and Andrew met at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA and so they decided to return there for their wedding. They had their ceremony in the early afternoon, and then everyone took a break for three hours before an evening reception. We did family formals and then Jenn and Andrew and I wandered around a historic battleground and an abandoned ampitheatre taking photos for a few hours.
Jenn incorporated many creative details into their wedding – all the plates were from thrift stores and they cut their cake with a Marine sword in honor of Andrew. It was a relaxed and fun crowd, we felt welcomed into the party and Jenn and Andrew were sent off under a bridge of sparklers.
I am 100%, head over heels, in LOVE with this next picture…
I will forever be a sucker for the “groom sees bride walk down aisle” shot. Seriously, I could stare at these all day. Something about seeing a strapping, young man, look so INSANELY happy, touched, and yes, even a bit emotional!
What a beautiful picture of a beautiful wedding party!

The reception was at the Historic Market Square (part of the Fredericksburg Museum) in downtown Fredericksburg, Va.
